In 2019, the Little Compton Conservation Commission conducted the first stage of a multi-year study to better understand the Town’s freshwater resources. Now, in the summer of 2020, we will continue the study and are asking for willing Town residents, both repeat and new participants, to allow us to take a sample of their well water. Most samples can be taken from outdoor spigots, and will be done in accordance with Rhode Island regulations in force for social distancing and personal protective equipment.
